Liz will support you in the three month Personal  Coaching Program

• An initial assessment call to get started.
  

• Two 50 minute calls each moth.
  

• E- coaching privileges (sometimes you don’t know WHEN you are going to need that help!
  

• 3 Emergency calls with Liz during the 3 month period.
  

• One of the Inspired Life products (take your pick).
  

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING WITH LIZ (3 month minimum)

GROUP COACHING WITH LIZ  (3 month minimum)

Liz will support you in the three month Group  Coaching Program

• A minimum of 8 to start (you will be grouped with others who opt for group coaching).
  

• An initial e-assessment
  

• Two 50 minute group coaching sessions each month.
  

• Limited E-coaching privileges.
  

• 1 Emergency Call with Liz during the 3 month period.
  

• One of the Inspired Life products (take your pick).
